As for Fullbring Bankai Ichigo, I can't see him taking R2 Ulquiorra. R1 Ulquirra I could see him easily blitzing.
But Fullbring Bankai Ichigo doesn't have impressive tanking feats either, as he was put down by a few casual slashes from Yhwach. I hate to use the Lanza = GG excuse, but I can see that happening with Ichigo here. R2 Ulquiorra destroys, quite comfortably. Fullbring Bankai Ichigo is close to R1 Stark level. So, Barragan is actually at risk from Ulquiorra's Cero (regular Cero, not even Cero Oscuras) So, Barragan would get spammed to death while Ulquiorra has body parts he can detach and regrow if they get hit by Respira. Ulquiorra's wings are perfect for blocking Respira.Shunsui's Bankai should carry some risk for him as well as his opponent.
Lille was an idiot and sprung all the traps on himself, but I strongly suspect that the condition for activating each Dan is his enemy's reactions. He can hit them if they react as expected.
The Bankai primes them by causing a feeling of hopelessness or fear. The first Dan will damage the enemy only if they choose to attack. The second Dan will only sicken them if they were damaged in the first Dan and are now discouraged by it.
The third Dan only drowns them if they try to escape, but if they sit still like Shunsui did then they can conserve their reiatsu. The last Dan is difficult to understand, but I think they won't be cut if they don't try to attack Shunsui.Point is, if Ichigo doesn't react like Lille then he may survive and be able to keep fighting. I think R2 Ulquoirra is honestly base form Starrk level. In R1 blitz Ichigo did react to his hard sonido, and his Cero Oscuras managed to do serious damage, but then Ulq went R2 and Ichigo couldn't react to him anymore, and Ulquoirras R2 Cero Oscuras killed him.Base form Starrk is like R2 Ulq, except more casually.

IIRC Incomplete Fullbring Ichigo was stated by Tuskishima to be getting that much closer to the power he had as a shinigami.Several chapters later Ichigo completes his Fullbring and could produce a Getsuga Tenshou, completely exceeding Tuskshima's expectation in power and speed.Several chapters later from that Ichigo gets his Shinigami powers back and could produce a shockwave with the of his zanpakuto, that was more powerful than his previous Gestuga.Creating a shockwave like that alone was something he had only be shown to do in his H2 and Dangai forms and this is when he's in Shikai. Bankai Ichigo, regardless of whether or not you think his Qunicy powers amped him, is still impressive. Click to expand.Ichigo has performed strong Shockwaves ever since before having Shikai.
The residual shockwave that punched a hole through Sokyoku Hill resulting from the stabbing of the scaffold is more impressive than the one Hollow Ichigo performed(though that was him just flicking his wrist). But yeah FB Bankai Ichigo could probably Reiatsu crush Ulquiorra.I probably say this based on Ichigo destroying Yukio's pocket dimension just by releasing. Not because destroying Karakura is something out of Ulquiorra's DC range(Las Noches is the size of a state. Eat it), but because said dimension was stated to be able to tank a combined attack from all the captains and Vice Captains(and Ikkaku) that were present when the dimension was up. Ulquiorra gets beat into the ground until he uses Segunda Etapa.After SE, Ulquiorra is able to hold his ground a little, but is still overwhelmed.Ichigo's speed with a fully functioning Bankai is past what Ulquiorra can react to.He was as fast as Sui-Feng when he first got Bankai on Sokyoku Hill.
After getting better at using it, then his multiple power ups since then, his Fullbring+Bankai would run circles around Ulquiorra until Ulquiorra was too tired to try to keep up anymore.Like what happened to Opie. In the Beginning of Arrancar arc, his inner Hollow started acting up and his power level was restricted down to Vice Captain level. Through the Arrancar arc, he worked his restricted power level back up o Captain level, then when he removed the restriction, his real power level was dimensions above a normal shinigami (the restriction was temporarily lifted when his inner Hollow took over while fighting Ulquiorra and we saw his full power was enough to roflstomp SE Ulquiorra) then the power levels were completely reset again for the Lost Agent arc.
